Movimento per il Socialismo (MPS)
The BFS/MPS is a small left-socialist
party with somewhat Trotskyist tendencies. It is mainly active in Basel, Zürich,
Geneva, Vaud, Fribourg and Ticino. The MPS has one seat in the Ticino cantonal
parliament.
The symbol combines the letters "bfs" with the letters "mps",
so that they share the "s"; the "s" is white on a red field, the other letters
are black.
The earlier flags look rather homemade; they are square, red
with the symbol (all in black) in the lower fly [1,2,3,4].

A newer variant has the logo in full colour on a white square, and on
the hoist end the full party name in either German [3,5,6,7] or Italian
[8,9,10,11]. I do not know if there is a French version as well.
